We currently have a flight from Paris to Barcelona. My husband is suggesting to drive it instead, to take in all the sites. We don%26#39;t have a lot of time, but are considering it.

Driving by the most direct route will take you about 10 hours with no stops. If you are going to %26quot;take in the sites%26quot; along the way, you will need to allow two days at a minimum.
The major problem that I see with the idea is that you will have to pay a hefty repatriation fee to rent a car in France and return it in Spain.

Flying makes more sense. If you want, rent a car in Spain for a day, but 10 hours non-stop means the driver isn%26#39;t going to see much but the highway :)

How about the train? Anyone have any info?

There are no direct trains during the day from Paris and the fastest trip, involving two changes, takes more than ten hours.
The only direct train is a night train taking about 12 hours to make the trip.
