bus - paris - brussels

Would you recommend taking the bus from Paris to Brussels?Time is not a factor. Is is it scenic?

Well, from having taken the train, I can%26#39;t say it is particularly scenic... a few villages, lots of fields, the %26#39;bad%26#39; side of most towns/cities (industrial/train tracks).. the GOOD side is the trian only takes 1hr15min! I%26#39;ve read that there is no one bus company - the system is very regional and disjointed. There is one bus company (not a state-owned one) that is sort of a %26#39;back-packer%26#39;s%26#39; bus - Eurolines?
