L'Atelier Jol Robuchon

Does anyone hear about this restaurant? It%26#39;s located at Hotel Port Royal. Is it worth to go? Is it expensive?

It is a very good restaurant with tapas and main course size servings. It is non-smoking, they don%26#39;t take reservations and they can be particular about who they let in the door (no handle, the hostess lets you in).

As for expensive... one shrimp was 8 euros, but it was the best shrimp I%26#39;ve ever had in my life.

They seating is bar style over looking the kitchen.

L%26#39;Atelier De Joel Robuchon is not located at the Hotel du Port Royal, which by the way is a 2 star hotel. It%26#39;s located at the Hotel Pont Royal(http://www.hotel-pont-royal.com/).

It is rather expensive and it bothers some people that you sit at a bar on stools. The waiters have to put heavy plates somehow over the counter in front of you. I had some dessert that was artisically arranged on a piece of lava stone and I felt for the waitress as she must have pulled muscles in her back getting it in front of me. The food was good but, to tell the truth, I%26#39;d rather have a regular chair at a regular table.
