We are coming in July for the tour de france and have a choice of staying at Le Grand Hotel or Citadines Apart%26#39;hotel .
Which would you recommend? We will be mostly on foot.

Les Citadines is a really good place to stay. Comfortable and good quality. It is in a good area of Grenoble - just out of the centre (5 minutes walk).

May I sugest you Le Grand Hotel, the Citadine are not really an hotel, Apart%26#39;hotel means studio or 1 bedroom.
Anyway both are located in the town center.
