My partner and I are off to Kenya to get married very shortly and as we have managed to off-load all 5 kids for New Year this year, we thought it would be romantic to go to Paris to see in the New Year. I have not been since 1986. We are thinking about booking Trocadero Dokhan%26#39;s Sofitel Demeure - is this ok and is the location good? Also we would like to spend NYE on a Bateaux Mouche dinner cruise - I know this won%26#39;t be cheap - what%26#39;s the best one to book? We are only going to be there for 2 nights max so what are the other %26quot;must-dos%26quot;? Many thanks!!

Not sure what Kenya has to do with it all... perhaps I am missing something.
You can check out previous threads on the dinner cruises... it is all pretty much the same. Trocadero is fine for visiting the city.
Too many must-dos for a couple of days to give any advice...perhaps you can let us know what you like, Art? History? Architecture? to narrow things down a bit.
