Restaurant in Antibes?

Any recommendations for eating in Antibes, not 2 expensive. Someone mentioned a place call Chez Georgio, has anyone eaten there.

There%26#39;s a very good restaurant called Chez Juliette with relatively inexpensive prix fixe meals. It%26#39;s on one of the roads coming from the square with the market, toward town, not the beach. Be there early, 7:30, because it will fill up.

I%26#39;ve eaten at Le Sucrier several times and always enjoyed it.

I%26#39;m fortunate enough to be a regular in Antibes and always pay a visit to www.brulot.com, it%26#39;s underground and has excellent air conditioning. The food is superb and prices are reasonable.

There are inexpensive restaurants in the covered market.

I can also recommend La Madrianne which is on Avenue De Nice, heading out of Antibes towards Nice (just past the garden centre on the left hand side)

Lots of good restaurants, you can%26#39;t really go wrong!!

We haven%26#39;t been to Antibes for about 3 years, but, for many years we went there every year. We used to like Marmite and L%26#39;Orsin, from memory, but, as others have said, you can%26#39;t really go wrong, by visiting the old town and using your eyes, ears and common sense, you are bound to find somewhere you like. Compared to the prices in UK you will be very pleased with both the quality and value. We used to stay at the Josse Hotel near the Salis beach, and found the hotel excellent value for the view and size of the rooms. However, the breakfasts were only very modest and as you do not have breakfast included in the price it is always possible to eat out and not take the breakfast at the hotel. Hope you have a good time and that this info does not come too late for your visit this year. As regards using a taxi from Nice airport, we used to hire a small car, the parking at the hotel was free if you used the spaces outside and it meant that we had transport if we wanted to visit the region.

I was in Antibes the end of April and had a wonderful dinner at the Restaurant Aubergine, 7 rue Sade, in old Antibes. In addition to excellent food, the owners are charming and kind. One of the nicest memories I took back. Tel 0493345593.

I also visited Aubergine and it was excellent. Both the goat cheese toasts and the eggplant starters were delicious and the creme brulee was wonderful also.
